Summary
Note : We charge a commission flat fee of $6,000 plus GST for sales under $300,000; half of it goes to the buying agent.
OPTION 1 – You can offer 1% to a buying REALTOR®. However, any other REALTOR® who shows your place is used to receiving 3.5% on the first $100,000 and 1.5% on the remainder.
OPTION 2 – You can offer 3.5%/1.5% to a buying REALTOR®. This cuts out commission negotiations when receiving an offer AND ensures that all REALTORS® show your place equally with others. You will still be saving on the listing side.
